I want to draw your attention that submerged containers for roadway building tunnels at sea bed are
violating Harbour Protection Ordinance because the containers are occupying the seabeds and are also
displacing the depth of sea water. In other words containers are also reclaming the seabeds in
Victoria Harbour. Underwater current is disturbed. Thank you for your immediate attention. BY#
